Faculty, staff and students are invited to join the WVU Center for Community Engagement for a weekend of service at the Freedom Festival at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean Sept. 10-12. Lodging, food and t-shirts will be provided for volunteers.
The Center is looking for guides for adventures (shooting sports, climbing, biking, skateboarding, fishing, ATVs, Jeeps and more) and support volunteers to help with greeting folks and logistics while enjoying musical guests LONESTAR and available activities ranging from ziplining to mountain biking.
Volunteers will depart from the Student Rec Center on Friday (Sept. 10) at 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. (your choice) and return at 4 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 12).
