The WVU LGBTQ+ Center invites faculty, staff, students and community members to attend our free, family-friendly annual Welcome Back Event Aug. 26 from 5 - 7 p.m. This year, we will host our event outdoors, in the closed-off cul-de-sac between Dadisman and Stalnaker Halls, right beside the LGBTQ+ Center.
In the event of inclement weather, we will move the festivities inside the LGBTQ+ Center.
Join us and several of our community partners and LGBTQ-related student organizations to learn more about resources available to our LGBTQ+ community and how to be more involved. Our Welcome Back Event is an opportunity to reconnect and visit old friends, meet new friends and share our excitement about the upcoming academic year.
Masks are optional if you are fully vaccinated, and required if you are not.
