As part of our continuing efforts to support the needs of faculty and staff, WVU has developed a new series of educational resources for employees with school-aged children.
Through a partnership among Faculty Senate leadership, the College of Education and Human Services, the WVU Art Museum and the Office of the Provost, the University is offering educational “bundles” of grade-specific material to keep children learning and engaged this summer.
Available bundles include:
• Kindergarten through second grade;
• Third through fifth grade;
• Sixth through eighth grade; and
• Ninth through twelfth grade.
The bundles include a book, activities related to the book, information and activities from Blanche Lazzell (a West Virginia artist who is featured in the WVU Art Museum) as well as art materials.
The bundles are available for pick-up on a first-come, first-served basis beginning today (July 19) at Stewart Hall (Room 210).
