Faculty, researchers, staff and students will be unable to log into many important systems and services requiring WVU Login credentials from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, June 13 during critical updates to the single sign-on system.

Services that will be affected include: Portal; STAR and STAR-related systems; eCampus; MAP; Applaud; Salesforce; TeamDynamix (it.wvu.edu/help); High Performance Computing; Kuali (WVU+kc); WVUHire (Taleo); Mountaineer Marketplace; MyExpenses; FTP and bulk mailing services such as LISTSERV. The login.wvu.edu self-service site will also be unavailable, and you will be unable to log into any Zoom meetings requiring a login.

Several services that authenticate through a different system will be available. Those include: the WVU.Encrypted, WVU.Guest and WVU.Play wireless networks; Virtual Private Network; Office 365 services, including Teams and Outlook; SharePoint; the 25 Live room reservation system; and the SOLE system at Health Sciences.

It’s common to see an error message when trying to log in after a system update. If you have problems once this work has been completed, try clearing your web browser history, closing your browser and relaunching it. Rebooting your device will also clear cached pages. If you still have problems after taking these steps, please call the ITS Service Desk 304-293-4444.
