Humanities Center to host fun creative writing workshop to kickstart summer writing practices

The WVU Humanities Center invites WVU faculty, staff and students to virtually participate in a fun, engaging professional development workshop, “What  Every  Writer Can Learn from Romance Novels,” May 11 at 3 p.m.  

Led by author Amy Jo Burns, attendees will learn tips and tricks for creative writing, narrative writing and resourceful ideas for any kind of writing.  

Amy   Jo  Burns  is a Cornell University graduate and the author of  Cinderland, a memoir, and  Shiner, a novel. Her writing has appeared in Elle, Good Housekeeping, Tin House, The Paris Review Daily, Electric Literature, Literary Hub and the anthology  Not That Bad.
