As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the WVU community to our monthly Customers’ Group Meeting.
This monthly meeting will provide the opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers. There will be an established agenda each month; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.
The April 28 meeting will focus on the benefits open enrollment process and sponsored projects reporting.
*Sara Waldron, benefits/leave manager, will review highlights of the Open Enrollment process currently underway for benefit-eligible employees. In addition, she will also show participants how to access specific employee benefits information, as well as show participants how to initiate changes in their Supplemental Retirement Account (SRA).
*The Shared Services Center Sponsored Projects team will present an overview of the monthly electronic data sets and reports. An outline of the basic data and pivot tables will be discussed along with tips and suggestions for customizing the reports for specific needs. Also, they will provide information on how to get assistance with reformatting or enhancing the data.
To accommodate various schedules, we are hosting the meetings at two separate times. Sessions will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at noon and 4 p.m.
Each meeting will be hosted via the Zoom platform. You must have a WVU login to attend the meeting.
