The WVU Office of Technology Transfer invites you to participate in today’s (April 20) Lunch and Learn presentation “Patent Eligible Subject Matter,” presented by Joshua R. Nightingale, Matthew W. Johnson and Marlee R. Hartenstein from the Pittsburgh law offices of Jones Day.
The presentation will cover what can and should be protected with a patent, followed by a Q&A session.
