The Refresh Employee Series is offering Movement and Your Mental Health “How to Maximize the Benefits of Exercise to Support Your Mental Wellbeing” April 1 at 7 p.m.
The first 25 participants to sign up for this 75 minute unique discussion and workout opportunity will receive a free workout pack. This event will show you the basics of using regular exercise and movement to produce mental health benefits, as well as discuss the resources available to you as a WVU employee to further maximize these benefits.
