The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the West Virginia Community and Technical College System are hosting a free virtual webinar on Open Educational Resources (OER) April 9 from 10-11:30 a.m.
The webinar will focus on understanding the basics of adopting and implementing OER and integrating it into your course design. WVU Libraries supports and has information available on OER.
Those who attend are eligible to apply for a $1,000 grant award for developing and offering a course using OER during Summer 2021, Fall 2021or Spring 2022. More details about this grant opportunity will be covered at the workshop. Priority will be given to people who have not yet received a grant; however, those with existing grants may apply again.
Registrants will receive a confirmation email containing the webinar login information.
