The WVU Libraries’ Teaching and Pedagogy series of workshops are designed to develop participants’ familiarity with access and application of affordable education resources, technologies used for instruction and techniques for active learning.

Teaching with Wikipedia 

In this workshop, you will learn about techniques for using Wikipedia in the classroom, including how to develop assignments that allow students to write for a wide range of audiences by editing, contributing to, or authoring Wikipedia articles while conducting relevant research.

Finding Images to Use Legally in Teaching: Open Access and Open Education Resources 

This workshop will show participants how to find openly licensed images for teaching, understand the purpose of Creative Commons licenses, and understand how to choose an appropriate license.
