The WVU Collegiate Recovery Program will offer several Recovery Ally trainings throughout the semester to help the WVU community learn tools to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders.
The hour-long virtual training provides attendees with education to better understand the process of recovery, help confront stigma related to addiction and utilize appropriate language when discussing substance use disorders. Participants will also learn about available resources in Morgantown and best practices to help those in need access services.
