Needs assessment survey for information-tracking software

The Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion seeks campus-wide feedback for a needs assessment survey aimed at identifying different areas across our campuses that may need a customizable data tracking software. 

Does your department or program currently track information, such as training, background checks, evaluations, certifications, progress reports, etc.? 

The goal is to collect data on the type of information that is currently being tracked and the method(s) being used to help track that data. This survey is brief, containing fewer than 10 questions. The responses received through the survey will be recorded and included in a final needs assessment report. That report will then be used to determine the overall need for the adoption of an information-tracking software. Anyone who is tracking information is strongly encouraged to complete this survey.

The survey is accessible through Qualtrics and will remain open until Dec. 31.
