In partnership with the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Adventure WV and the Center for Black Culture and Research, the Carruth Center will hold an outreach event titled Black Students Matter Section 2: Bringing Us Together on Monday, July 20 at 6 p.m. on Zoom. This event is open to all WVU students, faculty, staff and community members.

Our goal is to provide a supportive and open space for WVU Black and Brown students to discuss their responses to systemic racism and oppression and impact on mental health and well-being. White, POC and other identified students, faculty, staff, and community members are also welcome to share the space for a learning and sharing experience and reflect on our social change roles.

Register for the event.
