We are looking for students, faculty and staff who want to be a positive influence at WVU and understand the importance of the mask or face covering requirement that will be in effect on campus this fall. This unique initiative is an opportunity not only to share your "why" for wearing masks in order to help protect others, but also to encourage our community to do the same.
By signing up to be a Mountaineer Maskot, you're becoming a mask ambassador for the University. We'll be sending you a WVU-branded mask and asking you to share on your social media platforms the reason why you wear your mask. Through your social media platforms, we hope to get to know you, the people behind the masks and watch you inspire all within the WVU community to wear a mask while on campus this fall.
