WVU-FSAP and WVU Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry have teamed up to provide Brief Emotional Support Team Sessions.

Our employees are our most valuable resource. We are committed to providing support for you and your family during this time, in tending to your health, emotional and spiritual needs. We want to acknowledge the stress, fear, anxiety and other complex emotions that come with adjusting to working from home and for many of you being on the front lines of providing healthcare and education amidst an unknown, ambiguous and evolving landscape.

We expect this crisis to extend over the next several weeks and maybe months, and we are here for you every step of the way.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FSAP now offers tele-mental health services through telephonic and video-conferencing sessions and consultations to support the increasing needs of our faculty, staff, physicians, trainees and their families. Our videoconferencing services are conducted through the HIPAA Compliant Zoom platform.

Brief Emotional Support Sessions are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7 p.m.

Book an appointment for the same day or schedule ahead. Reach the FSAP for scheduling via phone at 304-293-5590 or email fsap@hsc.wvu.edu.
