Jared Serre, a sophomore journalism major from Mayfield Heights, Ohio, has been named editor of the Daily Athenaeum for the 2020-2021 academic year. Currently the DA's sports editor, Serre plans to intern in the sports department of the Omaha World Herald this summer. Serre says he will continue to build the DA's multimedia content and investigative coverage. "It will be imperative to meet the wants and needs of our readership while also serving as a watchful eye over campus," Serre said.
