The Personal Rapid Transit system will be closed for passenger service beginning Saturday (March 14) through Sunday (March 22) during the University’s spring break.
Students, faculty and staff should plan to use alternative transportation during spring break. Mountain Line buses will remain available and are free to ride with a valid WVU ID.
In addition, those who are leaving campus for the break and need a place to store their vehicles while they are away can do that for just $10.
After noon Saturday, students, faculty and staff can park their vehicles in the upper level of the Mountainlair parking garage or at Mountaineer Station. To pay, download the ParkMobile app and enter the appropriate zone number: 52004 for the Mountainlair or 52003 for Mountaineer Station. Then, pay $10 through the app. Parking is valid through March 22, at 6 p.m.
