If you are a graduate student with a technical report or data-heavy thesis in your future, an understanding of scientific writing is essential. This free Research Commons workshop, Feb. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Evansdale Library, Room 228/229, will explain the conventions of writing about data, including integrating tables and graphs, using the passive voice and writing successful summaries.
This workshop is co-sponsored by the WVU Writing Studio under the direction of Nathalie Singh-Corcoran.
Registration is required.
