If you’re interested in data visualization but don’t know where to start, this free Research Commons workshop is for you. The session, Feb. 12 from 3-4 p.m. in the Downtown Campus Library, Classroom 104, is designed to teach new Tableau users how to prepare their data, understand the Tableau interface, create basic visualizations (i.e. bar chart, heat map, etc.), and combine visualizations into a dashboard.
Free and open to all WVU-affiliates. Content is intended for upper-level undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty. No prior technical experience with Tableau necessary. Participants should bring a personal PC or check one out at the Access Services desk before the training. Join us.
