The WVU IDEA Hub cordially invites WVU faculty, staff and students to participate in Demo Day 2020 on Friday, April 24. Activities will be held in the Coliseum. Those who are interested in participating, please provide the following information to ideahub@mail.wvu.edu by MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2019.
- Provide a general description of your activity and an estimated number of participants.
- Provide your requested time slot.
We understand you may need to iron out your activity details, but this preliminary information will help the logistics team begin scheduling and organizing.
As a reminder, faculty, staff and student participation may include:
· End of year capstone projects
· Interactive presentations
· Class demonstrations
· Class design work
· Project Display work
· Prototype demonstrations
· Laboratory research
· Class Competitions
· Application of cross-departmental collaboration
· Extra credit for students who attend events
The following three time slot options are available for participants to showcase their work.
SLOT 1: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. 12:30 p.m. Awards ceremony (If applicable)
SLOT 2: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. 3:30 p.m. Awards ceremony (If applicable)
SLOT 3: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Participants may rotate in and out of booth or area)
