Any Adobe Creative Cloud products that pre-date 2019 and are installed on WVU machines will cease to function Nov. 30 with the expiration of WVU’s previous contract extension. WVU employees who want access to products in the 2019 suite will need to request it via the ITS self-help site or contact the ITS Service Desk at 304.293.4444. This includes employees on the Beckley, Keyser and Health Sciences campuses.
The morning after your request has been approved, you can follow the "Adobe Creative Cloud Installation Instructions" to install the software you need on any two devices.
All 19 Creative Cloud products in the 2019 suite, including the PDF tool Acrobat DC, will be available to employees through Aug. 13, 2020. No WVU employees are losing access. The only change is in how you get that access. Adobe Creative Cloud products are not installed on WVU-owned machines by default.
