Faculty members are asked to encourage their undergraduate researchers to submit abstracts for poster presentation to the 17th annual West Virginia Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol event to be held on Feb. 7, 2020, at the Capitol Building in Charleston. Abstracts should be submitted before midnight Friday (Nov. 1).
This event will familiarize state legislators with research and creative activities involving undergraduate students that occur on campuses across the state. Abstracts are accepted from a wide range of subjects, including the sciences, arts, social sciences and humanities. If selected, attendance is free and transportation to/from the Capitol from WVU will be provided by the Office of Undergraduate Research.
