Adventure WV will host two information table sessions in the Student Rec Center lobby Wednesday (Sept 25) and Thursday (Sept. 26) from noon to 3 p.m.to recruit staff for Summer 2020. Students are welcome to stop by to connect with us in person, and to ask questions.

Each year Adventure WV runs summer First Year Trips for more than 1,000 incoming freshman students to develop strong friendships, adventure around the state, learn about WVU and engage in relevant discussions about their transition to college. AWVFYT Trip Leaders and Program Support Staff are the backbone of these programs, facilitating positive and transformative experiences. Working for Adventure WV is an exciting and rewarding summer job.
You do not need to have participated on a First-Year Trip to apply.
You do not need extensive outdoor experience to apply.
We are seeking individuals of diverse experiences and backgrounds with sound decision-making abilities and exemplary teaching and leadership potential. We will provide the necessary leadership and technical training for staff to be an outstanding member of Adventure WV through our Spring 3-credit leader training course.
