If you play the violin, viola, cello or bass and wish you could play in an exclusive, school-aged string ensemble, here’s your chance.
Register to take part in a small string ensemble which will meet for two-hour workshops, three times throughout the fall. We'll even try to squeeze in a performance opportunity or two, to finish off the mini-clinics. Learn fun and exciting new music, and expand upon techniques like vibrato and shifting. Prepare to make music at the Creative Arts Center with old and new friends. All music will be provided. Under the direction of Senior Strings Instructor Catherine Baker, these three two-hour sessions will be open to students ages 10-16, with some instrumental experience in-hand (ability as determined by the instructor).
The cost is $85 for the package of three two-hour sessions (Term Processing Fee waived if registered by Aug. 30). $94 + $10 term Processing Fee if registering after August 30.
