The Morgantown Police Department will close several downtown streets to vehicle traffic on Saturday (July 20) for MedExpress Kids’ Day.
• High Street from Walnut Street to Pleasant Street from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m.;
• Left lane of High Street from Wall Street to Walnut Street from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m.; and
• Chancery Row and Court Street from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Parking will be restricted on the left side of High Street from Wall Street to Walnut Street from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. While downtown street parking will have some restrictions, there will be ample parking in the two downtown parking garages.
MedExpress Kids’ Day takes place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on High Street. The street closures and parking restrictions are to allow for preparation and clean-up of the event.
