Starting June 24, you will be prompted to select your organization before signing into the 25 Live room reservation tool, WVU Libraries (EZ Proxy) and the WVU+kc (Kuali) research administration tool, including the Conflict of Interest module.
Most people will choose WVU. However, if you are an employee of WVU Medicine, you will choose WVU Medicine. This group includes about 3,000 faculty-physicians and employees of University Health Associates, WVU Dental Corp., WVU Physicians of Charleston, University Healthcare Physicians and WVU Medicine, as well as WVU School of Medicine residents.
This change is part of coming updates to the system behind login.wvu.edu. This quick extra step facilitates the sharing of resources between organizations. In the future, additional services will display this screen. Please direct questions to the ITS Service Desk at 304.293.4444.
