WellWVU asks faculty and staff to encourage students to attend the HERBan Developments 420 Q&A Panel April 16 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Gluck Theater in the Mountainlair.
The purpose of this panel is to allow individuals to ask questions, become further informed on the topic of cannabis, and discuss the possible effects a change in state cannabis laws could have.
The event will involve a panel of experts covering cannabis research, legal and legislative efforts, agricultural impacts, and substance misuse issues.
