Join Shared Research Facilities Friday (April 12) for a presentation about micro-X-ray Fluorescence analysis by representatives from EDAX, AMETEK Materials Analysis Division. Micro-XRF is a non-destructive technique that provides elemental analysis with spatial resolution from two millimeters to 20 micrometers used in forensic, materials science, archeological, electronic, and geological investigations.

To more readily accommodate faculty, the same seminar will be offered twice: Breakfast 'n' Learn, 9-10:30 a.m. in NRCCE 109 on the Evansdale campus and noon to 1:30 p.m. in 411 Brooks Hall on the Downtown Campus. Registration preferred; walk-ins are welcome.

Register for either of the sessions.
