Starting a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit in West Virginia will presented by John Williams Tuesday (April 9) from  4-5 p.m. in the WVU College of Law, Event Hall. The presentation is in partnership with the College of Law Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic and the Center for Service and Learning.

Forming a nonprofit charitable organization can provide access to grants, tax-deductible donations, and tax exemptions to help increase your reach. This presentation is ideal for community engaged students, faculty, and staff as well as community members interested in starting a charitable organization. It will also be useful to newly formed nonprofits.
