Rescheduled Life Hacks Workshop: Managing Academic Setbacks

Events feature default thumbnail.

Because of last week's weather closure, we have rescheduled our Managing Academic Setbacks workshop for Wednesday (Feb. 6) at 7 p.m. in room ESB-E201. All students are welcome.

This workshop is for students facing academic challenges both big and small. Whether you have fallen short on an exam, failed one or more classes, or are concerned about your academic status as a whole, this workshop is designed to give you tools to manage effectively when things don’t go as planned. Here, we will recognize experiences associated with academic setbacks, examine the potential value of failure, identify some possible ways to cope with setbacks when they occur, and discuss how our reactions to failure may impact our future performance.

This event is sponsored by the Carruth Center for Counseling and Psychological Services.
