The victory over Baylor sends West Virginia to the Big 12 Tournament semifinals for the third straight year where it will face second-seeded Texas Tech in the second game.

The top-ranked rifle team shoots for its sixth straight and nation-best 20th NCAA Championship at the 2018 NCAA National Rifle Championships this weekend, March 9-10, at The Citadel's McAlister Field House in Charleston, South Carolina.

Three wrestlers have been seeded for the 2018 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships. West Virginia has three wrestlers competing in the tournament, as redshirt junior Zeke Moisey (125), redshirt freshman Matthew Schmitt (133) and redshirt senior Jacob A. Smith (197) all earned automatic bids at the 2018 Big 12 Wrestling Championship last weekend.

Mark your calendars March 15-16 for upcoming Campus Conversations on moving WVU’s culture forward. The discussions will focus on the aggregate results from recent WVU Culture Surveys and actions the University is taking in response to the findings. Cris DeBord, vice president of Talent and Culture, and Sharon Martin, vice president of University Relations and Enrollment Management, will co-facilitate the discussions.

 

Productive Performance Conversations session Wednesday (March 14) will aid in the enhancement of collaborative performance management conversations through a commitment to acknowledging goals and individual progress. By handling emotional responses, supervisors will be able to providing motivational and constructive managerial feedback. The session is from 9 a.m. to noon in the Rhododendron Room in the Mountainlair.
