Productive Performance Conversations session Wednesday (March 14) will aid in the enhancement of collaborative performance management conversations through a commitment to acknowledging goals and individual progress. By handling emotional responses, supervisors will be able to providing motivational and constructive managerial feedback. The session is from 9 a.m. to noon in the Rhododendron Room in the Mountainlair.
Participants will be better able to accomplish these goals:
Define continuous collaboration
Recognize and react properly to emotional responses
Discuss the steps to employee accountability
Practice establishing clear goals and expectations
Build trust, offer coaching and provide feedback
