President Gordon Gee and a host of West Virginia authors will talk about their work Friday (Dec. 7) at 10 a.m. in the Charles Wise Library Atrium. Gee will be joined by co-author Stephen Gavazzi; the two wrote the recently published “Land-Grant Universities for the Future: Higher Education for the Public Good.”
Faculty, staff and students are invited to hear Gee, Gavazzi, Nancy Abrams, Travis Stimeling, Judith Gold Stitzel, Natalie Sypolt, Catherine V. Moore, Ann Pancake and Nate Sorber talk about their work. A reception will follow in the atrium.
Books will be sold onsite by the WVU Bookstore/Barnes and Noble.
A Celebration of West Virginia University and West Virginia Authors is hosted by Karen Diaz, Dean of WVU Libraries.
