The ITS Service Desk will be closed on the following dates for Thanksgiving break: Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 17-18) and Nov. 21 through Nov. 24. Normal academic hours resume at 10 a.m. Nov. 25.
If you need assistance when the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can also submit requests to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or leave a message at 304.293.4444, but these will not be answered until the Service Desk reopens.
