This class uses mindful movement with a focus on proper alignment, breaking poses down into easily digestible parts and providing modifications to help you experience each pose in a way that best works with your body. A holistic yoga approach including asana (poses), pranayama (breath), mindfulness, meditation, and yogic philosophy is woven into each class in an easy-to-understand, personal way.

Appropriate for all levels, whether you’ve been intimidated to try yoga, or a seasoned practitioner looking for a complete approach to yoga and wellbeing.

Class Fees:

$3 + 22 Wellness Points for Employees of: WVU Medicine and WVU

$25 for Spouses & Dependents of Employees (Employee spouses, dependents (age 14-20) may participate as space permits)

$25 for WVU Students
