As recently shared, WVU Tax Services will be issuing the 2017 Form W-2 to all WVU employees system wide; however, the W-2 forms will not be available online through the MyHR tab on the MyAccess portal on Tuesday, Jan. 16, as previously announced.
The University is coordinating efforts with agencies across the state, and we will announce a new date of availability as soon as possible. Paper copies of all W-2 forms will be mailed to the employee’s home address on or before Jan. 31.
