First of two Campus Conversations today to discuss West Virginia Forward

Join upcoming Campus Conversations today (Nov. 9) and Nov. 16 to discuss the West Virginia Forward initiative. WV Forward is a joint effort by West Virginia University, the Department of Commerce and Marshall University to address the state’s economic challenges.

Mark your calendar for two Campus Conversations on the West Virginia Forward initiative. WV Forward is a joint effort by West Virginia University, the Department of Commerce and Marshall University to address the state’s economic challenges:

  • Thursday, Nov. 9, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Rhododendron Room, Mountainlair
  • Thursday, Nov. 16, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Salon C, Erickson Alumni Center

Both information sessions will be co-facilitated by Rob Alsop, Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, and Rochelle Goodwin, Senior Associate Vice President for Academic and Public Strategy, to share and discuss the cooperative plan to move WV Forward.

The Nov. 16 session will be available to watch live at webcast.wvu.edu so that all WVU campuses may participate. Supervisors are encouraged to allow their staff to attend or view the discussions as long as their operational needs permit.
