WVU employees being reimbursed with WVU funds will now be paid via an ACH to their primary payroll bank account. They will no longer receive checks from the State of WV or need to sign up for direct deposit. They will also no longer need to be registered as vendors in the state’s system. The ACH payments will be initiated each Tuesday and Friday.
Employees being reimbursed with Research Corp funds will see no change in that current payment process. PCPS is starting an initiative to target those employees who regularly receive WVU Research Corp checks for reimbursements to move them to an ACH payment method. Employees who receive reimbursement checks through the WVU Research Corp should notify their business office if they would like to get signed up for ACH.
RC and UHA employees will see no change in the payment method/process.
