James Campbell and Felicia Carrara  

James Campbell and Felicia Carrara received scholarships to spend eight weeks abroad studying Arabic and Russian, respectively. Their selection marks the 14th consecutive year one or more WVU students have been awarded the competitive scholarship. The scholarship program seeks to expand the number of Americans studying languages that are essential for the United States’ engagement with the world.

Evansdale Campus  

To accommodate annual enhancements, repairs and testing to the University’s steam infrastructure, the Facilities Management team is working with the steam provider for WVU on the following three planned steam outages for Evansdale, Health Sciences and Downtown.

The Dance of Anger  

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program invites faculty, staff and students to read “The Dance of Anger,” an international bestseller by Harriet Lerner that highlights the importance of listening to our emotions to help move us towards change and to identify unhelpful patterns in relationships.

Community Music Program  

The program is open to everyone — including beginners, amateurs and performers of all ages and levels — who wishes to enhance their daily lives with arts, learn how to play an instrument, further hone their skills, explore new creative territories or perform with others who share the same passion.
