Inside the WVU Mountainlair.

We value your leadership and want to help you in your transition. We offer a program that will help you establish yourself quickly in your new role and help you avoid the common mistakes new supervisors make in managing former peers. Making a Successful Transition takes place from 1-5 p.m. March 13 in the Rhododendron Room at the Mountainlair.

Cris DeBord, vice president of Talent and Culture, and Sharon Martin, vice president of University Relations and Enrollment Management, will co-facilitate the discussions March 11-13, which will focus on the aggregate results from the 2018 WVU Culture Survey, year-over-year changes from previous surveys and actions the University is taking in response to the findings.

Flyer for Cultural Phobias event.

Every ethnic group has phobias and taboos when it comes to their family, relationships and culture. Join the WVU National Panhellenic Council and the African Students Association tonight (March 6) at 7 p.m. in Mountainlair Rhododendron Room for an open discussion about the cultural phobias around black society.
