Registration for summer intramural beach volleyball, softball and bowling leagues will begin May 20. Racquetball, squash and badminton leagues will be open for registration beginning June 17.
West Virginia University President Gordon Gee’s knack for risk-taking is generally well-known, as is his encouragement to students to live lives based on their passions, not their fears. In his weekend (May 10-12) commencement addresses to WVU graduates across campus, Gee urged future risk balanced on what they’ve learned.
The meeting will be held Wednesday (May 15) beginning at 8:15 a.m. at the Mountainlair, Rhododendron Room.
Commencement activities are underway at venues across the Morgantown campus through Sunday (May 12).
WVU Horticulture Club and Plant and Soil Sciences hosts its annual Flower Sale for Commencement today through Sunday (May 10-12) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. outside the Creative Arts Center and WVU Coliseum.
