The WVU Health Sciences Faculty Development Program will host the virtual event from June 3-5. Faculty in all health-related schools and allied health professionals from across the country will have an opportunity to develop skills in learning styles and strategies, scholarship, information technology, leadership and assessment.

The School of Nursing will provide information on its nationally ranked Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at 6 p.m. March 6 on Zoom.
The School of Nursing hosted an interactive booth at the West Virginia Capitol, inviting WVU Day at the Legislature attendees to learn how to locate a heartbeat on the Student Auscultation Manikin.
The Arthritis Foundation classes will be held from 5-5:30 p.m. and the balance classes from 5:30-6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Monday (Feb. 5) at the Suncrest United Methodist Church, 479 Van Voorhis Road. The community is welcome to attend one or both of these classes designed to empower individuals to lead a more active, pain-free lifestyle.
More than 30 high school students had the opportunity to work alongside University orthopaedic clinicians and educators while participating in a transformative experience at the School of Medicine through The Perry Initiative.
Students in the nursing program on the Keyser Campus will soon have the opportunity to secure financial assistance in attaining their degree and find meaningful employment in their field at Potomac Valley Hospital following graduation, thanks to the WVU Medicine Aspiring Nurse Program.
