Following a top-15 finish at the 2019 Big 12 Men's Golf Championship, sophomore Matthew Sharpstene of the West Virginia University golf team has been named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by University Apartments.
The non-conference schedule will feature seven games at the WVU Coliseum and six games away from home, including three within a short driving distance of Morgantown. WVU will open the regular season at home Friday, Nov. 8, against Akron.
