A public memorial service for retired state Supreme Court Justice Larry V. Starcher will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday (March 19) at the College of Law, Fitzsimmons Event Hall. Justice Starcher, a WVU alumnus and College of Law professor, passed away Dec. 24, 2022, at the age of 80.
