The University community is invited to attend a virtual naloxone training from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, June 28. Attendees will learn how to identify signs of an opioid overdose, how to use naloxone and other important information that can help save a life.
On July 28, WVU Extension will attempt to break the record for the world’s largest gardening lesson at a West Virginia Black Bears baseball game. To decide who will teach the lesson, gardeners are encouraged to submit a video to the online contest by noon Monday (June 19).
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at WVU is seeking volunteer instructors and presenters for the fall 2023 term, which runs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 16.
