The COVID-19 pandemic created a barrier to care for West Virginians living with chronic disease, meaning many residents needed to find a new way of managing their health. The West Virginia Prevention Research Center is providing support to organizations that needed to quickly adjust their focus, an extension of its already community-focused mission.

The WVU Teaching and Learning Center will host its monthly STEM Learning Community meeting March 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to discuss how instructors are, or plan to, help their students identify false information and communication science.
