WVU Medicine pediatric and adult allergist and immunologist Brian Peppers has received Investigational New Drug approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the experimental treatment of COVID-19 using convalescent donor plasma. This is the first FDA approved Investigational New Drug trial for COVID-19 immunotherapy to include pediatric patients.

Adams became WVU's first Big 12 Wrestler of the Year on April 1, and was named a finalist for the 2020 Win Magazine/Culture House Dan Hodge Trophy. The Coal City native finished the 2019-20 campaign with a 32-0 record, marking the third time a WVU grappler ended a season undefeated.

During a time when most nonprofit organizations are struggling financially, the Center for Service and Learning would like to alert the WVU Community that The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act provides a Temporary Universal Charitable Deduction of up to $300 ($600 for couples) as an incentive to give to qualified charities.
