The University plans to host a Pfizer only ‘family vaccination clinic’ today (May 12) from 4-7 p.m. at the Student Rec Center in the upper gym. Minors (12-15 years old) of WVU employees will be eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine pending a vote and approval by the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The Alumni Center will host a virtual conversation with key WVU leaders and researchers Gay Stewart, John Stewart and Matthew Campbell to hear more about the unique and interactive programs they offer to increase access to high-quality STEM education around the state today (May 12) at 7 p.m.
The WVU faculty and staff Dining with Diabetes program will be offered May 19, 26, June 2 and 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. There are a few spots remaining, so participants interested in the program should register online as soon as possible. Registration will be limited to 40 participants.

The Open Enrollment period for Plan Year 2022 ends Saturday (May 15). Open Enrollment is the only opportunity WVU benefits-eligible faculty and staff have to make changes to their elected insurance benefits for the 2022 plan year without a qualifying life event.
