The School of Pharmacy students with an interest in hospital pharmacy and a passion for community service will benefit from an alumna’s $100,000 scholarship gift. The Corleen Barker Patterson Endowed Pharmacy Scholarship will be awarded to West Virginia natives in the third or fourth year of the PharmD program considering a career in hospital pharmacy.
The Student Nurses Association will host a health fair Friday (April 1) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Mountainlair Green. Attendees can receive the COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot, learn relaxation techniques from Tina Keener and learn about sexually transmitted infection prevention.
