Consumers who say they believe in karma are more likely to forgive companies that behave immorally than those who don’t, according to a West Virginia University marketing expert.

The Office of Undergraduate Research is accepting applications for the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience, a mentored research experience for undergraduate students interested in graduate school, research or creative work within their discipline.
Recent federal directives and policy changes are impacting research across the country. Information included in a Wednesday (Feb. 12) letter to the University research community was provided as overall best practices, but a few key points are specific to recent activity related to sponsored awards from the National Institutes of Health.
The Regional Research Institute will co-host a seminar with the Department of Economics titled “How Economic Development Incentives Affect Racial and Gender Segregation of Employment and Wages” at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow (Feb. 14) in Reynolds Hall, Room 5201.
The paid internships are full-time, ten-week sessions and may be held at a NASA facility or remotely. Encourage students to submit an application by Feb. 28.
